Oval is Up and Pins R In!

Alpine Services has been building up the ice. And it's now skatable and will keep getting better as more ice is put down.

Get this year's Oval pin to support making great ice and great public skating on our own 400-meter Oval. Get pins from a Club member when the Club is set up with a table at the Oval or from Alaska Mountaineering and Hiking on Spenard Road.

The Club has coached skating practices on most Thursdays 6:30 to 8 PM. If you want to participate please pre-register on this website. Click on "Registration" then "Available Programs" then scroll down to "Short Track/Long Track Skating" or "Long Track Only" and pick a program that works for you. Under "Short Track/Long Track Skating" there's a "2-Session" pass for those who what to try it out. Be sure to sign the liability waiver.
